In 1985, PEM increases and then constituted a group called GEFICCA, including several companies revolving around rubber.

In 1994, the company is bought by Mr. Bernard FONTAINE, current President. GEFICCA will have a very strong increase while being directed towards technical products and international markets. The investments in materials of production are very important. Thanks to its laboratory, GEFICCA is able to answer the specific requests of its diversified customers.

In the continuity of its development, GEFICCA strongly directed its Tunisian subsidiary company, SOMA, towards the markets of high series for competitive products, in particular for the automotive sector, electric household appliances sector and electronics sector.
